Atlanta couple Angie & Joel were married on a sparkling Winter afternoon in Carl T. Langford Park/ Azalea Dickson Park, in Downtown Orlando. These nature lovers knew they wanted to be married beneath Live Oak trees in a more natural setting here in tropical Florida. If I have it straight, Angie grew up in the Southeast and went to college in Georgia with Joel, but it wasn’t until years later while living in Chicago that she fell for Joel- who was living in Atlanta at the time. Being a long distance couple didn’t phase these two, and after some crazy romantic trips involving Joel driving 12 hours to surprise Angie for Christmas, they knew they had something great!
They decided there was no time to waste, and planned a cozy destination wedding from Atlanta in one of downtown Orlando’s hidden gems of a park, to celebrate with a close knit group of family and friends. From the moment I met these two I loved their relaxed, down to earth spirit, Angie’s infectious smile and the way Joel’s face lights up when he looks at Angie! Here we are a week before Christmas again, and I wish these two a beautiful first holiday together as Mr. & Mrs.!
