After a love story that’s already lasted 15 years, Anna + Matthew shared an elegant Old Florida inspired day with their loved ones at Bradenton’s historic Powel Crosley Estate. This day was one of those ethereal dream moments, where everywhere you looked there was a thing of elegance and wonder. Anna’s face glowing as she put on her wedding dress for the first time. Matthew the groom standing at the top of the aisle with their two dobermans, as his bride walked with her dad through the archways of the estate. The mediterranean style estate was was built in 1929 by Mr. Crosley for his wife Elinor. They called it Seagate, for the way it overlooks the Sarasota Bay. The rich legacy of this space made it the perfect “Old Florida” atmosphere for their wedding day.
The whole Sarasota Bay seemed to catch fire and glow when these two shared their vows, exchanged their rings and shared their first kiss as husband and wife. Before they walked down the aisle, they exchanged handwritten letters during their first look. This gave them plenty of time to enjoy the gorgeous Spring air, and the amazing sunset over the Sarasota Bay. Some of the two best dressed guests wearing black tie tuxedo collars were Bane & Titus, their Doberman dogs, who were waiting at the end of the aisle with the groom Matthew while Anna walked down the aisle. This day was so full of life, beauty, amazing florals, delicious food and wonderful tunes to dance the night away to by the Riverside Band. A perfect reflection of this sweet, courageous couple! Congrats, Anna + Matthew!
