Cedar planked wild-caught Salmon

Salmon is one of my favorite foods- especially the way my dad cooks it. After marinating it in a miso ginger marinade for about 6 hrs, he grills it to perfection on a cedar plank. We combined it with minced potatoes sautéed in fresh cumin, a carmelized onion and zucchini mix, and fresh salad greens.
